AltaSpecs provides automated bid leveling software for commercial construction professionals. The Service includes document processing, data extraction, comparison tools, and related features.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not share account access with unauthorized users
- Verify all AI-generated outputs before making business decisions
4. Limitation of Liability
Important Notice
Software is for assistance only. All data must be verified by a human estimator before purchase orders are issued. Liability is limited to the cost of one month's subscription.
In no event shall AltaSpecs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AltaSpecs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
